As part of our “Let’s Stay Healthy” unit grade 1 went on a field trip with the P.E. department to “Can Do”. We had a choice of participating in three fun exercise classes; Kickboxing, Dancing and CrossFit .
We had lots of fun with the coaches and learned lots of different ways to exercise. The dancing group worked on some fun routines, the kickboxing group on control and endurance, while the CrossFit group worked up a sweat with some balance and strength exercises. We all had fun and were very tired coming back to school.
