Grade 1 had an amazing book week. We were able to reach our Read-o-Thon goal. We enjoyed our activities especially guessing who our mystery readers were and spring camping in the library. We also chose our favourite books to read and shared them with the class. Finally, each one of us had the chance to dress up as our favourite character and participate in the parade.
We would like to thank all the parents who volunteered reading a story to us in their native language.
We really enjoyed book week and challenged ourselves to read as many books as we could.
